Inspection and Analysis
The City of Chicago’s building code requires all masonry buildings of seven floors or more to undergo inspection once every four years. BAMR works collaboratively with owners and design teams to assist in inspections in order to comply with this regulation. After the inspection, our skilled team develops a detailed analysis of their findings.
With the findings in hand, BAMR is able to complete the work specified, while satisfying time and budgetary goals, executing quality finishes and coordinating logistics safety.
Depending on the property and weather conditions, inspections can be scheduled within one week and completed in as little as one day. For more information, or to schedule an inspection, please contact us.
Restoration and Maintenance
Climate and building materials play critical roles in the lifespan of any masonry building. To sustain structural and design integrity, buildings must be properly maintained and restored. The best way to safeguard a building is to have a regularly-scheduled maintenance plan in place.
This is where BAMR offers the most value. With our award-winning expertise and meticulous attention to detail, we guarantee our clients’ projects are kept up to modern-day safety and building standards, making the structures dependable year after year.
Landmark Preservation
BAMR takes great pride in providing the research, expertise, and level of craftsmanship necessary to preserve and restore historical treasures.
