BAMR will remove and replace urethane, silicone or other silicone product sealants from the structure. New sealants are installed using a bond-breaker to achieve two-sided adhesion which bridges joints and areas open to water and air. This is particularly important for skyward-facing joints and around the perimeters of doors and windows.
