Internship & Co-Op Programs:
For nearly 20 years B&A’s internship and Co-Op programs have given students an opportunity to earn college tuition while gaining practical, construction and project management experience. Subsequently, the building industry gains employees with not only “book smarts,” but actual business knowledge, hands on experience and strong foundational skills.
To date, several students from universities throughout the Midwest, including Purdue, Bradley, IIT and Northwestern have participated in B&A’s internship and co-op programs. Our consistent, managed growth has led us to hire a number of recent graduates and internship participants.
