Severe water infiltration at all building window locations led to the following damage:

  • Interior damage to the building units/interior finishes
  • Mold growth in the interior units
  • Deteriorated mortar joints
  • End dams were not present on shelf angle flashing

BAMR provided the following services to repair the damage created by the severe interior water infiltration:

  • Removal, salvaging and reinstallation of 100 percent of the existing windows
  • Installation of stainless steel pan flashing, membrane flashing and end dams at all window openings
  • Removal and reinstallation of brick and stone above the shelf angles
  • Installation of additional manufacturer piece to existing sliding door sill
