Severe water infiltration at all building window locations led to the following damage:
- Interior damage to the building units/interior finishes
- Mold growth in the interior units
- Deteriorated mortar joints
- End dams were not present on shelf angle flashing
BAMR provided the following services to repair the damage created by the severe interior water infiltration:
- Removal, salvaging and reinstallation of 100 percent of the existing windows
- Installation of stainless steel pan flashing, membrane flashing and end dams at all window openings
- Removal and reinstallation of brick and stone above the shelf angles
- Installation of additional manufacturer piece to existing sliding door sill
