Building compression, environmental conditions, and steel corrosion led to the following:

• Water infiltration at the windows
• Spalling brick masonry
• Sealant failure at windows and control joints

BAMR erected scaffolding on various elevations to complete the following repairs:

• Removed and installed new masonry, steel supports, and flashings at the window heads
• Repaired back-up masonry and concrete
• Replaced sealant around window perimeters and openings
